JAMES KWESI ADDISON
(THE MASTER TRAINER – CERTIFIED EQ COACH)

James Kwesi Addison is an experienced International Social Developer, Innovator, and a Chief Executive Officer, who holds executive and trustee positions across a range of public, private and not-for-profit entities within Ghana. He founded Ghana’s first dedicated Center for Emotional Intelligence, ‘Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence’ (AICEI), and also Ghana’s first internationally qualified Emotional Intelligence Master Coach facilitated by the ClearPoint Leadership Strategy now the EQ Development Group on behalf of the Multi-Health Systems Incorporated, Canada.
These qualification makes him one of the very few Africans certified to administer EQ-2.0 & EQ 360 on behalf of MHS Inc. Canada. His interventions focuses on providing public, private, and third sector organizations with the expertise and resources desirable in building capacity for Emotional Capital.
The ‘Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence’ established by James, conduct research and teach people of all ages how to develop their emotional intelligence. The center further support leaders, coaches, consultants, and organisations to apply knowledge, tools, and concepts
James is the CEO of the ‘Emotional Intelligence TV’ (EI-TV). This is the World’s premier online television dedicated to building emotional capital and championing the fight against emotional abuse across the globe. It is based in the beautiful country called Ghana and situated in the Capital, Accra. It is the African’s ‘Emotional Hub’ where emotional issues of all forms are discussed and people helped to harness their emotions for good.
James Kwesi Addison has earned a reputation as an efficient leader who has impacted significantly through effective governance and growth with educational management and industry since 2014. He holds two Master’s Degree from the University of Cape Coast and the Coventry University in the United Kingdom. He is also a visiting lecturer for a number of West African and European higher education institutions.
In 2016, his passion and benevolence sparked a desire to give back to society through education and counselling for emotional capacity development. In collaboration with ‘Nananom’ (The Chiefs and Queen Mothers) of Abeadze, Ajumako, Enyan, and Essiam Traditional Areas, the ‘Nananom Educational Development Programme’ was birthed. This initiative is intended to ensure that emotional resilience capability will be deeply embedded into every school through the whole-child approach. He is also the initiator of the Emotional Intelligence Africa Summit, a free annual event that is designed to encourage powerful community learning with the key objective of promoting the essence of “building Emotional Capital in Africa” which follows an established European layout.
James Kwesi Addison has facilitated training session in various institutions including Airtel Tigo, NVTI wider management, The Ghana Police Service, New Horizon special school, Ghana Technology University College, Komenda Training College, Mount Zion Methodist Church – Sakumono, Agape New Testament Church- East Legon, and Yali West Africa- Cohort 9.
He represented Ghana at the Africa Emotional Intelligence Conference in May 2018 in Lagos – Nigeria and in that of Dubai in May 2019 and also the Pan-African Conference for Children Ministers.
The Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence now runs certificate course in emotional intelligence, with the Presbyterian University College, Ghana, the first of its kind in Africa, as well as a 3-week online master course in Emotional Intelligence in collaboration with the EQ Development Group of Canada.

Felix Kakra Acheampong is a talented Senior Software Engineer proficient with 6 years of experience in most of the software development environment.

Felix K. Acheampong holds a Diploma in Hardware and Networking, Degree in Server Administration, and Degree in Software development. He can develop most of the programming languages and tools including Java, Android, Swift language, PHP, Angular, Vue, JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, and databases including MySQL, SQLite, and MongoDB.

With his experience, he has built many Apps across many countries. He has also built programming tools and libraries which is been used by many programmers or software developers across the globe to ease their development.

Some of the Apps including Bible App which have been used since 2019 across Africa and Europe. You can visit his Play Store profile to download the Bible version designed for your country.

Also some of the programming tools include EasySync library which helps Android developers to easily synchronize their online data to their apps’ SQLite database with ease (https://github.com/FelixKAcheampong/easy-sync). Apart from his personal Apps, he has also worked with companies including Marshalls-Pre and Meridian University as web developer, Orcons Systems as mobile developer, and currently working with Ecom Trading Company as senior mobile developer.

He likes empowering young and senior developers to have a great achievement in the field of IT and he also likes teaching programming through his YouTube Channel.

Felix K. Acheampong is now into Game Development and his dream in the field of IT is to develop his own Programming language in the near future.

Franklyn Fosu is a Certified Quality Assurance/Control and Safety, Health and Environment Officer (QHSE) in the science and engineering field.

He is a resilient young leader who learnt to design websites with zero knowledge in web development but just a willing spirit to learn.

He has a great passion in using the computer to create things (logo creation and website development, with the latest development in artificial intelligence and machine learning).

He is good in writing articles, proofreading, reviewing articles, books and services, graphic designing, simplifying business models by merging with the latest IT trends and supporting team members in achieving greater accomplishments and more.
