Thecia Jenkins is an international speaker, consultant, coach, Certified Christian Counselor, and author providing keynotes, workshops, and coaching to equip women to heal from past trauma related to sexual and domestic violence, rebuild and reinvent themselves; and use their gifts to build an abundant life to advance their lives while advancing the kingdom of God.

Thecia is a certified emotional intelligence practitioner and behavioral consultant and has over twenty-five years in social services as a program and human resource director. Her background includes developing and delivering professional development to law enforcement, healthcare, higher education, victim and social service professionals on cultural competence, gender-based violence, emotional intelligence, and communication.

As a sought-after speaker and consultant, she has appeared on radio and television. She was hired by The Book of John Gray, a reality television show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, as a sexual assault expert. She has consulted in West Africa and Trinidad and Tobago for educators, ministers, and victim advocates. She has authored and co-authored four books which are available on Amazon.com.
She is a member of Restoring Hope International Fellowship Church in Webster, Texas, and serves under the leadership of Senior Pastors Raymond and Leola Steward and Associate Pastor Raymond Steward II.


She is the Crisis Intervention Liaison and provides support to families in crisis to connect them to community resources.
She is married to Evangelist Stephen Kusi Kwarteng.
