The “Emotional Intelligence Africa Summit’’ #EQAfricaSummit is Africa’s largest sponsored community learning event that is put together by the Nation’s Premier Emotional Intelligence Consulting Agency, Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI) in Ghana, with the Master trainer James Kwesi Addison.
#EQAfricaSummit2019 is a community learning event that features valued Speakers globally, which has the primary objective of creating an understanding of the importance of “building Emotional Capital in Africa”. Speakers provide unique insights about the importance of emotional safety & resilience in our lives, which enable the audience to unpack some practical elements to use within their lives.
The event creator and host ‘’Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI), deliver this event entirely FREE for our communities from across Ghana in particular and Africa in general.
At the end of each summit, we conclude with an audience-led Question Time panel. This is where our speakers and VIPs field questions from our audiences around the world; centered upon their thoughts on Emotional Intelligence and building capability to meet Africa’s needs.

The Summit is also an opportunity to showcase how Nanaanom (The Chiefs and Queen Mothers) have joined forces with ‘Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI) to ensure that emotional resilience capability is deeply embedded into every school outcome through the whole-child approach.
Our community audiences in Accra the capital of Ghana are watched via our social feeds across Africa and Europe. The purpose is to project everything to many thousands of Africans. Our VIPs are from traditional leadership, political, academic, and faith leadership, as well as international VIPs based in Africa. The day is dedicated to exploring emotional intelligence within the community, education, and workplace.
